How much is this really going to cost me?

We know how difficult this time is for you and your family. Our goal is to make this as easy and hassle free as possible. For this reason we have up front, all inclusive pricing. We will not tack on additional fees or deposits above your standard tuition.

How is my money going to be spent?

Tuition includes the following:

  • Standard academic tuition, accredited High School curriculum
  • Room and board
  • Moral Formation education
  • Individual mental health counseling
  • Communication with Therapist
  • Substance abuse education and/or counseling
  • Treatment as outlined in the about section
  • Group counseling
  • 24 hour supervision by our highly qualified staff

Fees not included in the tuition are as follows:

  • Items not listed above
  • Therapy above the service plan
  • Additional family counseling
  • Medication
  • Medical treatment
  • Psychiatric intervention or treatment above provided counseling

How do I enroll my son?

  1. The first step in the enrollment process is to contact our admissions department and request our admissions interview, pricing sheet and printable brochure. This can be done by either calling or filling out the contact us form.
  2. Next you will return the filled out admissions interview.  Our staff and therapist will review the interview and determine whether or not our program is a good fit for your son and either accept him or recommend a different option.
  3. If he is accepted we will then email you our contract.
  4. An admissions date will then be scheduled with the operations director and a plan for transportation will be developed.

There are several options for getting your son to us.

  • You can bring him yourself but this can be difficult. If you wish to do this please consult Mr. Jon for proper implementation.
  • Have a friend or family member bring him. Please consult with Mr. Jon.
  • Arrange for a transport agency to pick your son up and bring him to us. Recommended.
  • Heart Mountain New Beginnings provides free transport to and from Yellowstone Regional Airport in Cody, WY. HMNB will pick your son up from the Logan International Airport in Billings, MT for an additional transport fee.
